Urgent opening for HR Executive industry at pune .Designation: HRExecutiveLocation :PUNEQualification : Graduation/MBAExperience : minimum 2 yearSalary : 13 k to20 k InhandResponsibility:

  1. Recruitment(Sales/Service)
  2. Screening&Shortlisting of resumes
  3. Interviews&Shortlisting
  4. Exit formalities & feedback
  5. MIS report to Management
  6. Salary Calculation
  7. Shorting salary issues, if any
  8. Statutory deductions like PF, gratuity
  9. Generating pay slips
  10. Challan filing
  11. Deduction explanations, if any
  12. Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  13. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  14. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  15. Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  16. Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
  17. Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  18. Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
