Talent Acquisition: 1.Understand the hiring forecasts from the Business on quarterly basis and align the TA team on the same expectations. 2.Be a part of the intake meeting along with Recruiter and Business Head. 3.Look at the possibility of internal movements and push for IJPs. 4.Coordinate with the TA / HR Ops team for a seamless onboarding of the new hire. Talent Management: 1.Be the first point of contact for any of the employee grievance and support the management in conducting necessary investigations as and when required. 2.Be a partner to the Business Head and HR Dept. for solving employee related issues. 3.Maintain Org structures for each of their Business Unit toget a sense of the employee productivity. 4.Ensure that all employees are fully aware of the company policies. 5.Support L&D team on the execution of various Organizational Development initiatives within their Business Units. 6.Drive Career path sessions/ initiatives. 7.Develops and applies methodologies and tools for evaluating the effectiveness of talent activities. Maps all talent processes and reviews for increasing effectiveness. 8.Act as a counselor for the employee. Performance Management: 1.Drive and ensure 100% compliance on Performance Management process and support the business leaders at every stage of the process. 2.Coordinate with the HR Ops for Global Bonus Plan / Variable Pay payout. Exit / Retention Management: 1.Ensure every resigned employee fills up the online exit interview form. 2.Analyze and understand the actual / hidden reason behind the exit, understand the same from the employee with a one to one interaction, talk to the BU Head if required and bring to the notice of HR Head if need be. 3.Conduct Stay interviews to see if the employee can be realigned to any other project / team. 4.Observe trends in exit and highlight important observations. 5.Prepare and publish dashboards Required Candidate profileShould posses more than 5 yrs of experience in Pharma/ Healthcare indusrty.Must have experience in handling HRBP role.Willing to be a individual contributor.Should able to join in short notice.,
