Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation SpecialistSalary: Annual CTC between 1.4 Lakh to 2.0 LakhAbility to comprehend & respond to all customer queries on voice support, providing correct and complete information to the customer to convert prospects to confirm leads

  • Manage high volume of outbound lead generation calls
  • Outcall new leads derived from defined lists and other referrals available
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
  • First level confirmation and closure of qualified leads on internal system
Any graduate / undergraduate (10+2 required) with excellent English communicationFreshers are welcome; Lead generation experience will be an added advantageExcellent convincing / upselling / cross selling skillsAdaptable individual with a customer centric approachAbility to understand and fulfil customers requirements Adherence to Quality and Compliance guidelinesWilling to work in rotational shiftsKey CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication Strong Interpersonal/convincing skillsProfessional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first callHandle rejection well; move on to the next call quicklySelf-starter and goal oriented, with a can-do attitude Ability to navigate with speed between multiple screensBasic computer knowledge and web savvy with typing speed 35-40 wpmDemonstrated decision making and problem solving abilityAbility to comprehend & respond to all customer queries on voice support, providing correct and complete information to the customer to convert prospects to confirm leads
