    Hiring for Legal Advisor for Real Estate Company- PuneExperience: 4 to 8 yearsPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our real estate company. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to real estate transactions and operations.Responsibilities:1. Provide legal advice and support to the real estate company on various legal matters, including contracts, property transactions, leasing, land use, zoning, and regulatory compliance.2. Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal instruments.3.Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.4.Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders within the company.5.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to provide legal support and ensure legal compliance in all business activities.Qualifications:1.Law degree (LLB ) from an accredited university.2.Proven experience working as a legal advisor or in a similar legal role within the real estate industry.3.In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and legal principles related to property transactions, leasing, land use, and zoning.4.Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex legal documents.5.Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.6.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.7.
