Technical Specialist :- Proficient on any flavours of database (RAC,ASM,RMAN,BCV,DATAGUARD etc.), Works independently and has ability to handle most unique situations. Own various technical projects in the Server Management / Software Management space across multiple accounts. Participates and provides inputs towards fixing databases issues and automation. Involved in performance analysis, capacity analysis and configuration management for databases. Be able to learn new technologies and then train and lead resources on the technical procedures required for deployment . Acts as a team lead/mentor for L1,l2 support professionals, participates in training sessions as a faculty for freshers. Responsible of maintaining and achieving the agreed SLA. Work as SME. Support transitions of newareas, Opcos, region etc. Responsible for training and mentoring of the team members .Success delivery of technical projects - 100% success . Audits the environment and ensure fix - on monthly basis . Part of the design team , works withonsite teams for new solutions.
