Build a Business Excellence Framework, Own and Build the business excellenc e DNA, Awareness on ISO Standards like 20000-1,9001, TMMi, CMMi, Driving CI ini tiatives in assigned Services, Conduct CI training, Six Sigma black belt, Drive Idea generation and best practice, designing and deploying measurement systems and reports, Provide various reports on CI Initiatives, Build Automated tools to support deployment and governance of Business Excellence, Identify, Select, Execute and Close business improvement projects based on different CSI methodol ogy, Managing a team, drive and ensure all the required things are done on time on time and with desired results, complete team appraisal on time, ensure all the services in TSSC are in compliance with BCP, Info Sec requirements. - Respo nsible for these areas for TSSC-Pune, TSSC-Bangalore, VCNO and their resp ective BU Heads
Drive CI Program and Achieve CI Saving Targets
Continual Improvement (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)
