We are hiring for PCR-Premium Current account Relationship Manager for a Reputed Private Bank.Designation:- PCRMLocation:- KolkataJob Responsibility:-Acquisition of Premium Current Account Customers.Acquisition of Trade Forex Customers.Cross Sell of Loan Products , CMS Products , POS etc for engagement and increasing customer transaction.Deepening by offering Personal Banking /Family Banking to customers.Daily meeting of New customer.KeyResponsibilityAreas:-Acquisition of Business Entity (Current Account) customers Acquisition of NTB High Value Current Accounts NTB Acquisition of Current accounts dealing in international Trade Identify and Acquire New to Bank working capital limit customers with TradeLimits viz Buyers Credit, PCFC, LC,BG etc Acquire New to Bank customer requiring Assets Limits Business Loans, CashManagement Services && Door Step Banking, API Banking and other alliedCurrent Account servicesRM will have to create his own CA book by self-sourcing, Market Visit && Industry && AreaScoping, External References && Leads.b) Portfolio Management Engage with Acquired customer on regular basis and ensure that Group companyand Family customers also bank with RBL Bank Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport, customer profiling shouldbe used to set customer level objectives post discussion branch Manager/TL. Customerinteraction to be regular updated in system provided. Ensure that within each customer group a minimum number of stipulatedIncome Generating products are sold as per the customers profile and needs. RM toCross sell appropriate products to the customers and ensure activate usage. Enhance Values within each of the customer groups by ensuring that a/cs are activatedCross Sell Bank Products for revenue generation and engagementBasis customer business requirement cross sell products like POS,Payment Gateway, Trade /Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD) , DoorstepBanking Services. Cross Sell various RBL Bank products like TPP, FD. Credit Card, Loans tocustomers and related group business/ family Drive active business transaction through RBL bank account Should know the customers business in order to provide banking andfinancial solutions Register customer for various Direct Banking Channels of the bankB) Customer Services Ensure quality customer service is delivered Recording complaints as per the specified process Resolving all complaints received from portfolio customers within the stipulatedTATs and ensure appropriate customer communication on closures Preventive complaint management by regular interaction with the customersC) Target Achievement PC- RM will be given a quarterly and yearly target on revenue, productcross sell and book value build up Basis the Target the RM will be tracked on regular basis for achievement ofthe Targets CA RM will be evaluated on Portfolio Score CardCompetencies:Sales and Influencing Skills. Banking Product && Process Knowledge. The candidate should have pastexperience of Current Account product && processes, Trade && Forex , DoorStep banking and other current account related products.
