Job Description

Position Market Planning Reports to Regional Head Location Pune Designation Manager Key relationships

  • External: Builders, Developers, Project Heads, FTTH & DID Operators
  • Internal : Sales, Finance, Access Team & Legal.
Why position exists For creating capacity for wire line and broadband services thru Local tie-ups with Builders, Developers, Project Heads, FTTH & DID Operators. Key Result Areas
  • Planning of New RFS in green field, brown field & near OSP Rollout areas.
  • To create strategy for RFS and OSP roll out.
  • Achieve the RFS target as per AOP.
  • Builder, FTTH, DID Operators Tie Ups & WIFI Rollouts.
  • Coordination with Access & Sales team on closure as per process
  • Business development of retail wire line and broad band.
Responsibilities
  • Identify & Implement connectivity of Green Field areas.
  • Achieving Bldg Permission & RFS Targets.
  • Tie-up with all leading FTTH and DID operators.
  • Reduce port per cost for each RFS.
  • Planning & Coordination with Cross Functional Teams i.e. Access, Sales, Finance, IT, technology & Legal.
Capabilities and competencies
  • Knowledge of Wire line & Microwave Cluster
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
  • Relation Building Skills & Convincing Skills.
  • Proactive & Planning Activities.
Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate Age Between 30 to 35 years Essential Requirement
  • Knowledge of Wire line.
  • Excellent Communication Skill.
  • Negotiation Skills.
