" SharePoint Architects must possess a minimum of 9+ years in Microsoft technologies with a minimumof 4+ years of SharePoint technical lead and architecture experience on enterprise initiatives(Mandatory) Develop strategies to enhance revenues or services, reduce costs, manage risk and assistproject team plans and estimate projects, as well as regularly consult on complex problems requiringobscure knowledge and advance problem solving skills Research and evaluate options and makerecommendations to clients for the right-fit solution Provide technical expertise in identifying,evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet businessrequirements. Strong customer interaction skills and ability to understand and document customerneeds from a business solutions perspective. Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers,having a high degree of contact with other employees, clients and prospects. Understand andimplement QA procedures (Code review, Estimating, Peer review, Impact Analysis, Root cause analysis,etc.). SharePoint knowledge should include hands on experience on building architectural design,capacity planning && sizing, deployment architecture, information architecture, build solutions using appmodel, build re-usable components, providing hybrid solutions, build migration strategies, roadmap. Hands-on experience with Microsoft.NET and web technologies is also required (e.g. SPFX, HTML 5,React JS, Angular JS, Bootstrap, Node JS, ASP.NET, C#, XML, CSS, HTML, Web Services, WCF, SQL, JSON,jQuery etc.) Working knowledge on configuring and managing continuous integration using TFS, Sonar,SVN (any one) etc., Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013,2016,2019 andO365 (SharePoint 2013 /2016 / 2019 && Office 365 Suite (leveraging Graph, Delve, Planner, One Drive,Sway and Video features) is a MUST) K2 Forms / Workflows based development experience is adefinite plus Hands-on experience in implementation solutions using MVC pattern. Experience inproviding and implementing solutions on Office 365 and Hybrid SharePoint platform.
