Job Description

StarTek is hiring for the Post of Team LeaderRoles & Responsibility

  • Should have Excellent Communication skills, Team Management skills, leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills
  • proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
  • Oversee day-to-day operation, Monitor team performance,. Motivate team members
  • Knowledge management, close procedures adherence, compliance adherence, reporting etc.
  • To ensure achievement of targets / SLAs defined by the Client by effective management
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Eligibility Criteria
  • Should be a Graduate, required 2+ years of BPO experience as Team Lead-Operations
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skill
  • Should be familiar with MS-Office( Word, Excel)
  • Available to be join in 1 Month
  • 6 Day working 1 week off(Rotational)
