Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Product Owner - CMS Lead the product owner role for CMS track right from CMS approach Initiation scoping execution to on-time delivery Browse through the designs to identify component reusability with the existing CMS component library Prepare overall CMS project execution plan prioritize deliverables based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact Create User Stories for CMS development team Participate in creating the CMS information architecture and Digital asset Information architecture with the CMS architect based on the defined scope and provide signoff on the same Work with CMS architect and finalize complex CMS solutions required from APP/Web integration perspective Driving end to end project management tracks for internal and external partners spread across CMS solutioning development and QA. Liaison with IT and Product owner team for successful integration of CMS APIs. Conducting discussions with IT and front-end tech teams on solutions related to CMS implementation for APP and website ecosystem Drive Agile best practices like Scrum meetings Story boards Standup meetings daily tracking and more to create a fast-paced delivery which can accommodate changes on the fly Upfront plan for CMS team sizing at partners end by having a view on the next 3 months development and content operations tracks 2. CMS platform governance Continually track digital platform metrics and KPIs to ensure smooth functioning of CMS pages and APIs Setup monitor of digital property and CMS metrics and proactively identify problems Publish CMS pages and API health fortnightly to senior management Eye of a solutionist and a forward approach Relentless focus on making CMS adoption across multiple features of the Web Creating solutions keeping vernacular personalization and complete screen coverage approach In mind while solutioning CMS approach for website Analyze and identify new opportunities and suggest new initiatives and strategies for CMS implementation across Web , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 4-6 years of experience (at most) in executing medium and large-scale product development Post-graduation in Management from a Tier 1 or 2 B school, with graduation in Computer sciences or equivalent from a Tier 1 or 2 Engineering college Experience and Expertise of Project Management concepts like Agile, scrum meetings, Gantt charts, project planning including RAID and other similar concepts Experience in project management tools like Jira, Azure Boards, Microsoft planner, Microsoft Experience In CMS website development would be a plus Detailed orientation & very structured thinking, who can think of customers full journey and experience Experience In KPI monitoring post golive, JIRA/ Azure workflow management, performance monitoring and reporting Strong inclination in working in a cross functional team environment
