Requirements Experience in supporting telecom products or computer industry (IP PBX/Call servers, Gateway/Controllers, Contact center, Unified Communication). Proficiency with VOIP and the SIP/H323 protocols. Proficiency with IP networking and associated protocols such as TCP, UDP, IGMP, DHCP, TFTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, XML, TLS, SRTP and authentication protocols and procedures. Proficiency with network packet capturing using standard networking tools. Understanding of third party network load balancing, Session border controllers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches. Experience in video telephony such as H.263, H.264. Knowledge if wireless technology such as 802.11 a/b/g/n and DECT. Working experience with network architecture and good experience in client interface function.
