Job Description

Prepare Non Functional Requirements Gap analysis of input received - Verify HLD , Operating model, SLA, KPI, Tools, System Integration plan, Security, BCP Consolidate Operations and OSS Cost estimation and forward to PM / DM for budget allocation Create Risk Register Ensure testing specifications are in place Co-ordinate, Track and verify NFR implementation Track LLD, Support Guide, Run book along with PM / DM Updates to operating model and risk register Co-ordinate with tools team (Remedy, Infovista, Palladion, Netcool, Backup &Restore) for establishment of alarms, workflow etc. and sign-off Co-ordinate Testing and Operations team for Non functional test cases Participate in NFR test & acceptance sessions Check for Remote Vendor/User access to tools & devices Ensure Support guide, documentation are in place Final Operating model review Follow up for war gaming document / test scenarios Schedule war gamming session Agreement on Operational risks carried forward post RFO Assessment of the requirement for non functional readiness in the on-boarding projects Follow the activities as per G1 to G4 for the RFO of new onboarding cases as necessary Update overall operating model Follow up on open issues from Riskregister for closure - Signed off for New Service / infrastructure / migration to existing service from Ready for Operation prospective - Signed off Risks and mitigation plans This is senior role for providing role of consultant and having capabilityof people manaement too.- Telecom IP and transmission, 3G / LTE, Fixed Network knowledge; Enterprise technology and associated services; Good understanding on OSS and work flow management systems; Data center network and telecom network services experience; Project management and ITIL process execution skills; Communication and senior stakeholder management ,
