  • Preparation of the Loan Proposal File of the customer as per the policy of the Company
  • Follow-up with Sales Team and Support Officer for completion of pending documents.
  • Follow-up with clients for completion of their documents
  • Customer queries resolution
Responsibilities :
  • Maintain the TAT of File and query resolution
  • Ensures file login & query resolution activities run smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensure regulatory and procedural compliances
  • Create and live by the image of a trustworthy and an highly reliable shared services partner at workplace.
  • Ensure Turn Around Time (TAT)
  • Ensure quality and a continued delivery of impeccable services
  • Responsible for securing confidential information used in the execution of duties and safeguard of information which includes any record containing non public information about an employee, Customer or any other third party engaged in any transaction with the Company.
