We have vacancies in a Cafe Outlet.Designation : Team Member ,Cashier & CaptainJob Requirement :

  • Should be from HOSPITALITY industry
  • Should have proven experience
  • BHM/ IHM/HM freshers can apply
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have knowledge of POS system
Job Role :
  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
