Managers supervise housekeepers in their duties and ensure that they perform to the prescribed hospital standards.Checking that all public areas are clean and orderly.Prepares the daily work schedule and assigns housekeepers to different tasks depending on the hospital requirements for the day.Responsible for fostering team spirit among the housekeepers and directs them toward achieving satisfaction.Monitor SuppliesSee to it that hospital has adequate supplies both within their rooms, operation theaters and in the public areas.To ensure that the people receive all the housekeeping services.Conducts a daily and monthly inventory and liaises with the hospital procurement manager to ensure a constant supply of the supplies needed.Investigate ComplaintsManagers receive and act on complaints from people relating to the state of their rooms or public areas.Make recommendations about improvements to the services due to his close interaction with the guests.Contribute to discussions about the efficiency and attractiveness of the hospital and how it can be enhanced.Assist in formulating budgetary, procurement and security policies because his duties involve monitoring each of these areas.Required Experience: 7years to 12 yearsSkills: security policies,procurement,complaints,recommendations
