Job Description

    • Supporting HP Nonstop systems and exposure SQL/MP database maintenance
    • Review daily system performance and suggest improvements
    • Assist with the setup of new client environments data
    • Troubleshoot production/UAT issues during Nightly batch cycle reported by Operations team.
    • Perform Nonstop database maintenance (Disk capacity, File capacity, SQL/MP partition distribution and balance, etc).
    • Responsible for Incident Management and Problem Management for issues related to file data issues
    • Support disaster recovery exercises
    • Support off hours client requests (i.e network changes, testing, disaster recovery)
    What you bring:
    • 3+ years of experience with HP Nonstop systems.
    • Incident Management and Problem Management for issues related to file data issues
    • Disaster recovery experience.
    • Troubleshoot production/UAT issues experience
    • Good communication and client handling skills
