Job Description

Today, we are the first combined health insurance broker & healthcare provider and currently serve 40,000+ patients across 110 enterprise clients. We believe that every Indian deserves access to a doctor in their family, and that by providing high-quality, accessible access to doctors we can keep people healthier, out of the hospital, and reduce claims. Our mission is supproted by global investors like Sierra Ventures (investors of MakeMyTrip), Soma Capital, Y-Combinator, and angel investors from WeWork, Twitch, and Google Ventures.About the roleThe HR Associate role is critical function in developing as an amazing place to work for our Pune, Mumbai, and remote teams. As our third hire in the HR organization, you will have a major impact in driving our workplace culture and HR practices as we grow from 45 to nearly 200 employees over the coming 18 months.You would report directly to our Chief People Officer and work on special projects with our other C-Level Leadership team.What youll do:

  • Support talent attraction initiatives and recruiting operations so we can have great pipelines of candidates for technical, clinical, and other roles.
  • Execute a best-in-class new employee onboarding process
  • Execute programs for employee engagement and drive implementation of new employee benefits
  • Support delivery of performance management, pulse surveys, and promotion.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees
  • Design and host wellness events and activities to promote employee wellbeing.
  • Serve as a liaison for employee issues

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of HR experience at a rapidly growing startup or technology company
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team/talent management, problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills & attention to detail
  • Comfortable with modern HR and general software tools like Freshteam, Google Docs, Slack, Notion, etc.
