Designation: HR Executive 1-3yr exp,PuneLocation: PuneExperience: 1-3yr Salary: 10k- 20ka. Support in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.b.Manage complete employee life cycle: Recruitment -on-boarding to exits.c.Develop and implement policies, Coaching and counseling employees regarding HR policies and procedures.d.Coordinate with the Management and Department Heads for scaling up of resources in line with the growth plans of the organization & accordingly monitor and design succession planning of employees.e.Counselling line managers with regard to issues related to the management of staff performance & attendancef.Implement effective records and documentations in all HR processes.g.Responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience and cultivating a culture of mutual respect.h.Implement company-wide employee communications, events, and activities.i.Play an important role in propagating performance- based culture.j.Develop strong employee relations.
