Job Description

HR Executive needed for an IT company in Viman Nagar,Pune. This is a golden opportunity for executives looking for a break in HR domain.Your Role in the company will be of generalist HR. You will be incharge of day to day administrative company affairs. Few of your job responsibilities listed below:-

  • Recruiting/Hiring & Onboarding New team members.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Payroll/Salary Management,
  • Hikes/performance appraisals Management.
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Employee Relations
  • Leave Management
  • Policy & Process Implementation
  • Reporting to Management.
Qualification & Exp. are no bar as we are only looking for candidates who primarily meet the below criteria. Plz note that if you dont possess the first 2 criteria DO NOT APPLY as they are the most important criteria:-Strong Organizing skills - One of the most important characteristics that we are looking for is the ability to get organized. This includes strong time management skills and the ability to complete tasks efficiently. Youll need to set ethical and behavioural standards for others to follow, and make sure you are following them as well. You should manage deadlines and accomplish tasks quickly so that both employee and employer needs are met.You should have good organizing skills in 2 depts:-#Organizing basic day to day items like keeping data organized and easy to read and review, Keeping office organized like keeping the documents in proper place, Keeping employee data organised, all items in various office cupboards in organised way, all office assets and hardware organised and maintained properly, good ms office(word & excel skills) etc.#Organizing various office functions like bday celebrations, team meetings, client meetings, festivities and functions on various occasions, Team Outing. Organize training for teams etc. You are expected to be the host in all of these.Attention to Details & Listening Skills - You should have VERY good attention to details and listening skills. To know what is attention to details and listening skills read on.Attention to detail is the ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task with high level of care. To pay attention means to focus on an action or thing. In business aspect, attention to detail definition includes the ability to concentrate with focus on a task and accomplish it accurately.Listening Skills is ability to pay attention to and effectively interpret what other people are saying.Listening within the work context is the process by which you gain an understanding of the needs, demands, and preferences of your stakeholders through direct interaction. A stakeholder could be anyone from your boss, a client, customer, co-worker, subordinate, upper management, board member, interviewer, or job candidate.Good Interpersonal skills - You should be good in interpersonal skills and be able to handle employee queries, inputs, concerns in efficient and effective way without any personal bais. Be able to convince team members and align them with company objectives. use communication for team building and bounding all employees together as a team. Good English communication is required.Timely Hiring - We have set process for hiring new team members. You should be able to ensure that needed team members as specified by management are hired on TIME.Ability to execute/Get things done - You should be able to make sure that company policies, processes and guidelines are being followed by all employees. Create processes/policy as and when needed.Strong Problem solving skills - As a company culture when faced with problem we dont dwell on looking for reasons why things cannot happen - We focus on finding solutions and find solutions for any problem. This culture has to be inherent in you. When you are faced with problems and instead of focusing on finding solutions on how the problem can be solved you spend more time in finding reasons why the problem cannot be solved PLEASE DONT APPLY. We are looking for problem solvers and not cribbers.Change Management & Dedication to Continuous Improvement - Workplace can never remain the same forever, and therefore change must be managed, anticipated and transitioned. Not only must they anticipate it they should also help the organisation digest the change and direct it in the right direction. A continuous improvement is any policy or process within a workplace that helps keep the focus on improving the way things are done on a regular basis. This could be even for a small thing like saving time in daily office cleaning.Basic accounting and excel skills - to calculate and update salaries perform appraisals etc.
