Job Description

    Role Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the factorys operational objectives and foster a positive work culture. They are also responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, managing and mentoring the HR team, administering employee benefits programs, maintaining accurate employee records, providing expert guidance on HR matters, conducting training sessions, cultivating strong employee relations, overseeing health and safety initiatives, and managing attendance, leaves, and time-trackingsystems.Role Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the factorys operational objectives and foster a positive work culture.
    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various factory positions.
    • Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support in their respective roles and career development.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, address employee inquiries, and ensure seamless benefits enrollment.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
    • Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and professional growth.
    • Conduct training sessions to educate employees and supervisors on HR policies, ethical workplace practices, and safety protocols.
    • Cultivate strong employee relations by addressing grievances, promoting open communication, and leading engagement initiatives.
    • Oversee health and safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining a secure work environment.
    • Manage attendance, leaves, and time-tracking systems, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends, integrating updates into HR practices and payroll procedures.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
    • A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities, preferably within a factory or manufacturing setting.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and advanced HR practices.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving organizational goals.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.
    • Impeccable organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
