Job Description

This position is for Electrification Plant to be based in Pune/ Chakan.Administer employee engagement activities and internal communicationEnsure compliance of all applicable labour establishment statutesRepresent Dana for hearing/ call from relevant government departmentsSupport in developing hiring planEnsure timekeeping processing of salary for employees within defined timelinesMaintain conducive industrial relationsEnsure employee services benefits are administered satisfactorilyEnsure security of the plantAdminister and ensure completion of annual HR processes viz. performance review , talent review , salary and wage reviewSupport in learning development initiatives of the employees of the plantParticipate in the relevant audit process and ensure closure of open points/ observationsAdvice and support management on options for HR related topicsSupport build a culture of safe working environmentMeasure record the leading lagging safety metrics of the plantReport of safety incidentsOrganize periodic safety talks.Job Requirements:Specific Skills / Personal Attributes:Graduate and MBA/ PG Diploma in HR15 - 18 years of work experience with atleast last 5 years in the capacity of Plant HR AdminOEM Auto / Auto Ancillary (tier 1) experience preferredKnowledge of establishment labour laws , viz. factories act , pollution control acts , etc.Knowledge of social security laws viz. payment of wages , PF/ ESI/ bonus acts , etc.Knowledge of labour engagement laws , viz. Industrial Disputes Act , Contract Labour Regulation Act , etc.Ability to liaison with government departmentAttraction , recruitment engagement of talentCommunication skill , both local EnglishExperience of handing unionized environment as well as facilities engaging more than 50 contract workers Basic knowledge of EHS procedureExperience Requirements: 10+10+Education Requirements: Masters DegreeMasters Degree,
