Job Description

    • Source & attract top talent for specific verticals across the region by creating innovative strategies to locate& select talent
    • Must have exposure in core bulk hiring.
    • Execute the annual employee recruitment plan along with Business/ Regional heads
    • Recruitment against attritions& vacant positions as per business/ manpower plan
    • Ensuring the actual are maintained against the budget through quality hiring
    • Ensuring healthy source mix & devising plan to promote low cost sourcing channels
    • Manage& improve efficiency in offer to joining ratio, joining to sustenance period
    • Vendor Management & stakeholder management- hold regular meetingswith businessstakeholders& externastakeholdersto review & define sourcing needs& develop sourcing strategies for short & long term requirements
    • Ensuring all the on boarded employees undergoes the product induction programme & company induction session
    • Visiting branches to ensure connect with employees
    • Ensuring completion of goal setting & appraisal processto ensuretimely completion of appraisals
