Manage time and attendance, absence inputs, Payroll & HR processes, garnishment processing and manage Payroll processing for hourly and salaried employee Supervise on-cycle and off-cycle Payroll processes for reasonableness, analyze variance and trends and authorize release of Payroll processes on a daily basis. Maintain the requisite Payroll reports for SOX or other local compliance. Handle employment termination payments and exceptions. The candidate will lead a team of professionals with finance, Payroll & HR processes and tax backgrounds Effectively manage teams including tasks such as resource planning, career planning, performance management, attrition management etc. Coach and help develop team members; help bridge knowledge gaps and overcome skill and will issues Handle User/customer escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns and ownership till resolution Regularly formulate and execute internal and external governance Effectively handle client escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns Work with the operations managers to obtain necessary resources like training and support for the team s requirements Knowledge of payroll ERP s Knowledge of payroll laws and requirements Ability to work in fast pace environment with tight deadlines Strong analytical skills High standards for accuracy Excellent written and verbal skills Total 4- 6 years of payroll, HR or related experience required Must have minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience,
