Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Collaborative Recruitment:
      • Work closely with team leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop clear, comprehensive job descriptions that align with business requirements.
      • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
      • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
    2. Onboarding & Integration:
      • Conduct engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, helping them integrate into the organization and familiarizing them with company culture, policies, and processes.
      • Provide support to new employees as they transition into their roles and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
    3. Employee Records & Performance Management:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
      • Assist in managing the performance evaluation process, providing administrative support and documentation for regular feedback and appraisals.
    4. Employee Relations & Support:
      • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to HR matters such as benefits, leave policies, and workplace issues.
      • Work to create a positive and productive workplace culture by fostering open communication and ensuring employees feel supported.
    5. HR Policies & Initiatives:
      • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the companys values and strategic goals.
      • Help promote HR initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and training and development.
    6. Continuous Improvement:
      • Provide insights and recommendations on improving HR processes, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness.
      • Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and changes in labor laws to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
