Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: Head Digital Experience platforms unit Manage team of technologists Evaluate partner solutions, Integrate the solutions to IT ecosystem Build solutions / architecture as per business requirements Gather business requirements, work with businesses to build solutions Report delivery status with senior teams Create project delivery plan, make sure that deliveries are coming through as per plan Regular code reviews, development, configuration and testing of platform to deliver business outcomes Manage, monitor production for platforms owned Manage scalability, performance and stability Train the team, keep the team motivated Technology Depth and Understanding Strong understanding of Digital experience solutions related to Search, Nudging, Personalization etc Strong experience in technical design and hands-on background in CMS development and deployment using technologies such as PIMCore, Mongo DB, API integration, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, PHP 7, MySQL etc. Setting-up, configuration and development of features including DAM and Personalization using the PIMCore CMS platform Demonstrate knowledge of product/platform features and ability to conceptualize, design, build, and develop new features or services from concept through to production and ongoing enhancements Manage day-to-day deliverables by the vendor team and provide technical & techno-functional mentoring to the team Hands-on experience as a tech lead and developer for headless CMS and integrations with front-end including mobile apps and websites/portals Good understanding of production architecture and proficiency in CMS design and code, content and data deployments across multiple environments Proficient in using Personalization and DAM capabilities of the PIMCore CMS Desired experience in related infrastructure technologies for setting up projects and ensuring smooth operations Facilitate and lead technical/functional discussions internally and with partners Detailed code reviews, performance and security testing and solution approach discussions with partners Experience on Node.JS will be added advantage Project Management & Technology Operations Tracking and monitoring of daily tasks for deliverables for projects Strong coordination with vendors for delivering tasks on time and with desired quality Create and setup processes both internally and with partners for ensuring project deliveries on time and with required quality Co-ordination with internal partner teams such as Marketing, Infra, Business and Infosec to streamline deliveries for project specific tasks Continuously enhancing the perpetual state of beta for deliveries through active product lifecycle management Strong understanding of development and managed services projects lifecycles and processes , * Graduate from a leading institute with minimum 10-15 years of experience having managed Development and ongoing enhancements using PIMCore as the core system (BE. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech.). Competencies: Strong ownership Strong passion for technology with breadth of technical knowledge Great communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence without authority Strong analytical and problem solving skills with drive for excellence Out-of-the box thinking and encouragement of driving for creative, marketable solutions is highly appreciated Ability to manage delivery workload by setting priorities, planning, and monitoring progress, ensuring meeting deadlines and budgets set by sponsors
