Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - o Manage end to end co-ordination of Day 1 onboarding & organizational induction for all new hires o Should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills o Should ensure completion of Joining Formalities and documentation process o Should ensure to deliver a smooth & effective onboarding and induction experience to new joiners Lateral and Functional Training Programs o Work with business teams to design create and curate content for lateral and functional trainings. o Manage end-to-end training coordination o Preparing and Publishing training calendars o Connect with employees and managers for ensuring good participation in batches planned o Work with LMS team for enrolling employees in various courses available on in-house digital training platform ensure completion and capture feedback. o Work with trainers & vendors to ensure trainings are delivered effectively o Work with trainers and vendors to build question bank for assessment o Work with LMS team to upload and deploy the assessments in line with timelines defined o Do a regular follow-up with employees & managers for e-learning adoption & optimum utilization o Maintain training repository and data with accuracy * Major Challenges - Ensuring seamless & effective processes in place Ensuring communication in most effective ways for quick adaptation Ensuring close coordination with internal & external stakeholders * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Regularly interact and provide recommendations to management based on new developments Decisions to keep a check on quality & maximum participation , * a) Qualifications MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 3 years of experience. b) Work Experience Must possess a minimum of 3-4 years experience in Learning & Development Must possess experience of training delivery as a trainer Multi-tasking & adaptive. (Ready to work in a challenging & multitasking environment) Must possess hands-on experience in MS Office Suite and data management skills to ensure data is organized and maintained Should have imparted trainings previously in batches Must be open to ad-hoc & urgent business critical training needs Must demonstrate high energy and commitment Candidates with prior experience in BFSI/ NBFC/fintech/payments will be given due preference Immediate Joiners will be preferred
