Short DescriptionImmigration Specialist_6-9yrs_BangaloreQualificationsAny QualificationJob ResponsibilitiesJob Role : Immigration specialistExp : 6 -9yrsJob Location : BangaloreHR Generalist HR Administration for people Moves Transfers redeployments on International Assignments Payroll input activities transfers bonus AR MYR data preparation PM cost center changes separations etc Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders departments within an organization finance administration procurement etc Ensure process and data compliance Headcount MIS Personnel Records maintenance etc Good understanding of HR policies processes tools to guide the team as a Subject Matter Expert Provide clarification of policies and processes to end customers employees through calls chats and emails Prepare and regularly review to update process documentation process maps procedures templates and other documentation to make them relevant to changing situations Work with process specific internal systems tools AIMS SAP Concur IndiaApps travel application etc Responsible for the entire day to day operations of HR Operations engaged in administrative formalities of transfer promotions job data change lateral movements setting up of new hire employees on the ERP resignation terminations etc Overall responsibility to ensure seamless HR Operation services optimizing work allocation workflow management exceeding accuracy standards as per SLA Manage develop and motivate the team work on succession planning and employee engagement activities To act as an interface between the onshore offshore teams and the IAS NA AM team to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes policies and initiatives Implement quality audit processes and procedures while driving change management within the team Ability to stay focused and keep up with a continuous fast paced work environment while displaying creative analytical problem solving skills MS Office with excellent grasp over MS Outlook MS Word MS Excel Demonstrates strong process ownership with commitment to exceed deliverables Strong communication skills Business English 8 12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations transfers promotions job data change lateral movements setting up of new hire employees on the ERP resignation terminations employee database management etc Experience working in any HRMS or HRIS tool preferably SAP Strong team management and people development skills Strong background and work experience in quality management developing standards reporting skills employment and onboarding design and issue resolution Experience working in onshore offshore HR Outsourcing HRO HR Shared Services HRSS model Experience of setting up SLAs for HR operations Should be flexible to work in night shift Self starter with energy and passion to learn and pick up Resourcefulness ability to hunt for required information on available internal and external forums connect with people who can help close Strong ability to be proactive and think outside the box Sharp analytical reasoning with the ability to think from POV of employees stakeholders Strong team player behaves like a process owner ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards within process policy parameters Thorough detail oriented,
