Understand business requirements for product/ plan configurations from Customer and sometime from internal customer. Provides technical support during all phases of a project and work on Solutioning , Designing and configuration. Installs and configures products in internal labs (ST) , customer labs (UAT/ Performance) , and customer production environments. Installations may include O/ S , DBs , applications and test tools. Integrates Amdocs products with third party applications within commercial customer networks. Implements and validates product configuration changes in live customer networks in which there is a limited service outage. Provide customer/ internal team for testing support for designed & delivered products. Performs connectivity validation of related system components. Reviews results with the customer and the customers vendors and provides relevant technical input to project status reporting. Handling defects/ incidents during the project , directing them to the relevant owner and following up on their handling. Identifies product gaps and recommends enhancements to the Product Core team Responsible for one or more specific modules of Kenan product within a large software system scope1.5 to 3.5 years of exp on below:Good knowledge of OSS/ BSS domain knowledge. Key eligible criteria - Product/ Plan configuration Knowledge and experience. Value addition if candidate is having C1/ Comverse - One/ Kenan Product configuration knowledge/ experience. 2 years experience in Telecom Billing System (Billing systems integration , development and implementation for medium to big telecom/ ISP operator). Should have Good knowledge across Telecom modules like rating & charging , billing & invoicing , financials (payments/ journals/ collections) , order/ provisioning and inventory management , and integration with CRM/ external/ 3P systems.
