Key TasksHandle complete ocean freight operations & CS activities for the customers assigned Receive and validate customer contracts from M&S and overseas offices as applicable.Attend to all customer queries in accordance with customer service policy standardsExecute Ocean Export operation processes within Country Standard and prescribed guidelines.Maintain and cultivate regular contact with customers. Maintain close coordination & develop professional relationship with all service providers like carriers, clearing agents, trucking companies etc. Manage adhoc local procurement with vendors mainly carriers, coleaders, CHA & trucking companiesAchieve Operational Excellence and Cost leadership through overall monitoring of the Ocean freight business of LUH and ensure accurate and timely documentation to increase team productivity.Rendering product solutions related to Ocean freight to the clients assigned. Ensure compliance with the standard area operating processes
