Job Description

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Process Centric
  • Thorough and in-depth understanding of the entire Purchase to Pay (PTP) life cycle which includes: invoice processing for trade and intercompany, AP mailbox monitoring, Qlikview report reconciliation, reconciliation of account statement from supplier, follow up with requisitioner for PO s and incorrect PO s, handle immediate payment request, JE posting and reports publish (Aged PO, Open PO, Hold Report and unprocessed invoice report)
  • Key focus will be to ensure effective management of the various stages of the PTP activities that drive accurate and timely accounting.
  • Demonstrate high level of efficiency, learning agility and ensure a high level of accuracy.
  • Process Standardization: Ensure alignment to globally defined SSC processes including the periodic review of existing controls and governance of the standard processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborates with various authorizer for timely approval of the invoices and work closely with Hydraulics HQ team for timely update of the progress
  • Collaborate with peers in GFSS to ensure engagement, participation, and contribution to broader goals, policies, and initiatives
Qualifications
  • Accounting major (Business. Commerce) with additional qualification of MBA Finance preferable.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Captive/Multinational experience (pre-requisite)
  • Experience in multinational manufacturing industry and with ERP preferred
  • Must be a team player with a can-do attitude and able to guide and train team members in performing regular and critical activities
  • Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (example - Oracle, MFG Pro)
  • Proficiency with MS-Office Power Point, Word, and particularly advanced knowledge of Excel, preferable
  • Strong written communication and oral communication skills required, must be able to gauge the needs of a variety of internal customers and adapt delivery style or level of detail as appropriate
  • Work well under pressure and be skilled at managing multiple tasks within demanding timelines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, continuously changing environment and effectively dealing with ambiguous situations
  • Customer focus (internal and external customers)
