Job Description

  • Reporting and Analysis: Assistance and analysis in preparation of HQ monthly close activities (including reconciliations, journal entries, reporting & analysis
  • Maintain and review existing financial reporting systems to meet management requirements Provide a source of financial expertise to assure sound financial analysis.
  • Give recommendations and action programs in assignments involving a wide range of finance activities.
  • Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers and evaluate their impact on planned objectives.
  • Provide explanation of variances between actual results with forecast/budgets
  • Promotion of good financial stewardship including control costs, driving forecast accuracy, driving balance sheet integrity and compliance to Eaton policies
  • Analysis and support in Intercompany Cleanup process for APPO and other accounts
  • Coordinate, interpret and respond to ad hoc financial requests
  • Continuously identify and share/implement opportunities for process improvement
  • Identify and share/implement the best practices and improve the processe
