Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Be a team player and help drive innovation initiatives to value realization
Work extensively with ExCo and Business Unit Leaders, serving as a trusted partner to accelerate absorption into STL ecosystem
Drive internal innovation initiatives to support employees to help clear bottlenecks and faster validation with stakeholders
Drive end to end charter and own the objectives
Foster adoption of various concepts, content and kits using various tools, templates, methodologies etc.
Drive collaborations with partner institutes academia, startups, vendors on various engagements
Maintain knowledge currency (trends and business/operating models) and an understanding of the industry

Travel extensively to the site for implementing the change and drive till the teams adapt to the new way of processPreferred Experience and QualificationB.E/B.tech with 3-7 years experience in the industry,
