Job Description

  • Role Description :Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Proactively keeping customers informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention and reference ability, documenting all information in required tracking systems b: Contributing and maintaining information in our centralized database c: Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization d: Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor application and related third party technologies and tools to support product customizations
      • Technical Experience : a: Experience for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and programming specifications as required b: Analyze customers business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers business needs Model to-be business processes in the Infor application Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application c: Work as an integral part of the project team coordinating activities with Infor project manager and team members
      • Professional Attributes : a: At least 4-5 years of experience specializing in the implementation of large ERP software packages such as Syteline, Netsuite, Infor M3, Infor Lawson S3, Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards b: Strong business process understanding c: Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skill
    • Educational Qualification : a: Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT
