  • Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Thorough understanding and ability to manage priority 1 and 2 network infrastructure incidents and/or end-to-end change management lifecycle in a large scale GNOC This would include driving/collaborating with diverse network teams per cloud platform, client technology experts and major incident management teams and/or client change management teams B: Ability to review and produce management level notifications for priority 1 and 2 outages and/or management reports for change management
      • Technical Experience : Experienced and versatile in incident and change management functions within a large-scale GNOC global network operations center setup B: Skilled in conducting/leading dialogue with multiple client teams on major incident bridges/change advisory forums C: Must be familiar with terms and terminologies of network and networking platforms; experience/expertise in technical management/understanding of data and voice networks is desirable
