Job Description

has to achieve the given sales quota and team sales quota: Quarter on Quarter basis.will carry a sales quota in individual capacity and team sales quote jointly with field sales resource.will be responsible for farming a given sales territory (certain set of enterprise accounts).will be tagged with a field sales resource and be a part of the pair to provide overall sales coverage to the accounts in the given sales territory.has to interact with the decision makers in the account as per the sales matric on the phone and through emails and web communication tools.effectively use given RTCs ( Reason to Call ) and create new sales funnel on weekly basis or as per the sales matric.will have to identify immediate needs of the customer and create the required sales funnel as per the sales matric.will have to present company credentials and solutions in the most appropriate manner to the decision makers in the accounts to create new business opportunities.has to work closely with field sales resource and provide backend support vis--vis white papers, presentations, solutions pdf, sales quotes as requested.has to promptly provide solution to any customer grievance that may arise in one off situations post sales.has to follow up and collect pending dues ( if any ) from the customers as per agreed payment terms and conditions. Work closely with collection team / manager to achieve the same.has to take part in weekly commit calls along with field sales resource to provide weekly, monthly & quarterly sales forecast as per the sales calendar.
