Job Description

    As an International Sales Executive, your primary mission will be to proactively generate leads and drive international B2C business growth for our training and certification company. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our global reach by identifying potential customers, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into successful sales. Your focus will be on international markets, and you will leverage your expertise in lead generation and effective communication to achieve our revenue goals.Responsibilities:
    1. Lead Identification and Qualification:
      • Research and identify potential international leads through various channels (online platforms, industry events, referrals, etc.).
      • Qualify leads based on their fit with our training and certification offerings.
    2. Outbound Calling and Relationship Building:
      • Initiate outbound calls to international prospects.
      • Engage in consultative conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.
      • Build rapport and trust with potential customers.
    3. Lead Nurturing and Follow-Up:
      • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to keep prospects engaged.
      • Follow up promptly with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.
      • Provide relevant information and address inquiries effectively.
    4. Sales Pipeline Management:
      • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
      • Move qualified leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs.
    5. Market Insights and Adaptation:
      • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in international regions.
      • Adapt your approach based on cultural nuances and regional preferences.
    6. Achieving Sales Targets:
      • Set ambitious targets for lead generation and conversion.
      • Regularly review progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
    Requirements:
    • 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
    • Proven experience in international lead generation and outbound calling.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Willingness to work in US shifts.
