The primary responsibility includes Account Management , Lead Generation , Tele calling , Relationship Management for the named accounts or territory assigned.The Inside Sales Specialist ensures customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner and is driven by the Sales Targets assigned. The role demands interaction with colleagues on the field , sales team and management team on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement and Relationship Management with the Assigned set of customers. Meet Target criteria set for lead generation through tele calling and marketing Activities for IT Products , Solutions and Services. Goal Driven. Reach Quarterly Revenue Quota assigned.
