Job Description

    key Responsibilities:
    1. Design and Develop Training Programs: Create and implement training initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

    7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and results, producing reports for management.
    8. Budget Management: Manage the training budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
    9. Collaborate with Departments: Work with various departments to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
    10. Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
