Job Description

    DSGS is looking for a new team member ready to contribute to Dassault Syst mes Workforce of the Future Learning Experience Factory strategy. You will join a team of pedagogical engineers that envision and build our digital learning framework to empower our customers with DS technology. If you are looking for a challenge and would like to establish DS as a reference in digital learning, if you are open minded, curious and eager to learn about all DS solutions and industry processes, join us! #DSGSAs a Certification Mentor, you will be responsible for: Define and deploy unique Learning Experience (Skills needs assessment, solutions, content, certifications & programs), to 3DS employees, partners, academics, customers & individuals to develop and empower the workforce of the future.In partnership with all organizations in charge of the DS offer portfolio, you re involved in the development of Learning Experiences based on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. In that context, you are responsible of the pedagogical quality of the learning experiences developed by the Learning Experience Factory.Define and deploy unique Learning Experience (Skills needs assessment, solutions, content, certifications & programs), to 3DS employees, partners, academics, customers & individuals to develop and empower the workforce of the future.In partnership with all organizations in charge of the DS offer portfolio, you re involved in the development of Learning Experiences based on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. In that context, you are responsible of the pedagogical quality of the learning experiences developed by the Learning Experience Factory.Challenges Ahead:
    • Build robust learning framework for creating best in class learning content
    • Define best practices and recommendations for unique Learning Experience:
      • To foster social learning & learning by doing
      • By developing and sourcing innovative solutions & content
      • Providing innovative format & environment (on-line and/or in-class)
    • Ensure pedagogical quality & virality
    • Play the role of ambassador for learning framework for DS WW
    • Manage and enable 3DS Ecosystem contributing to Learning Experience: content contributors (subject matter experts), partners, mentors, & trainers.
    • Has worked with Learning communities
    • Has worked in technological environment
    • Pedagogy and/or instructional experience
    • Has worked in a multi-cultural and international environment.
    Professional skills
    • Strong Knowledge of adult learning principles
    • Strong knowledge of key instructional design concepts and practices
      • Expertise in pedagogical engineering best practices: learn-by-doing, micro-learning, etc.
    • Expertise in digital learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline 360, Storyline 3 & Rise)
    • Fully effective written and verbal communication in English
    • Enable the content creators to deliver of best in class Learning Experiences
    • Liaise with the HQ Pedagogical Engineering team to:
      • Ensure pedagogical quality by aligning with overall Learning Experience factory best practices and pedagogical framework
      • Integrate identified technology standards and templates
    • Review the design of learning experiences
    • Sound knowledge of cognitive psychology
    • Driving Innovation
    • Technical knowledge of Learning Management systems would be a plus
