Instructional Designer Job Title: Instructional DesignerExperience: 0 to 3 yearsEducation Qualification: Any Graduate. A Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Journalism or Mass Communication / English Literature or Instructional Design is a must.Location: PuneJob Profile & Required Skills: Demonstrate good experience of all phases of course development cycle for eLearning and instructor- led courseware from the analysis to the implementation phase. Understand client requirements and create instructionally- sound storyboards based on client requests Demonstrate efficient handling of client interactions. Create detailed instructional design documents and content outlines based on the requirements analysis. Develop visually and instructionally sound storyboards for varied types of content and modes of delivery. Develop WBTs, ILTs, CBTs and VILTs. Demonstrate grasp of ID and client standards to ensure course quality. Have a sound knowledge of Instructional Design theories and models.
