We are a highly collaborative team, share common goals and objectives, and coss-train where possible to enhance our own career development opportunities.Were looking for someone who is rooted in good design and best practices, but isnt afraid to think outside the box in order to provide the most effective learning solution for our audiences. You will advocate for the best learning solutions using instructional design and adult learning principles, and work to share new and useful ideas and solutions while applying innovative methods, tools, and technology.Here s a snapshot of the responsibilities:Content Design and Development

• In partnership with enablement leads, build effective resources and/or learning experiences by understanding business goals, audience needs, and behaviors
• Design, build, and produce immersive, eLearning and Instructor-Led experiences that are innovative, yet lean in scope and complexity
• Identify appropriate measurement tools for assessing training effectiveness and application after training has been conducted
• Redesign existing content to professionalize and add interactive components to course; collaborate to build new learning programs
• Drive innovation and user engagement within our LMS platform to test and enable new features and functionality, and build in-platform learning experiences that may require web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and/or similar languages)
• Develop learning programs using learning technologies such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Create graphics, animations, and other visual assets using multimedia tools

Project Management

• Define and standardize a content design and development workflow
• Take ownership and project manage the course creation process, setting timelines, communicating clear achievements and being transparent when there are changes to timelines.
• Apply an agile methodology to prioritize multiple, simultaneous projects. This requires that you can demonstrate agility, transparency, and flexibility to respond to different situations while adapting to changing needs, conditions, priorities, or opportunities

Experience

• Bachelor s degree with a concentration in Education, Instructional Design, Ed Tech or a related field, and/or a body of work that demonstrates similar competencies. eLearning technical skills are a core requirement
• 4+ years of relevant experience successfully designing and shipping high-quality learning solutions, for both in-person and online environments
• Advanced technical skills in Articulate 360 and Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing skills using Camtasia
• Portfolio or work samples will be required (please include link with resume)
