He would also be measured objectively fromtime to time as per the business requirements ( Refer Measures of Success section*). The role, plays the influential part to improvise thesales and conviction of INM planners in Traditional Plans as a portfolio management tool along with Debt related instruments. This roledemands high levels of knowledge in Life Insurance and its variants along with fair knowledge about the entire financial markets.Major ChallengesAcceptance from Bank Planners and existing ISMs of Life Insurance company.Building relationships with the Bank stakeholders.Individual contributor role.RoleIPEs have to interact with the stakeholders of Bank and create the strategy to achieve the objectivesConnecting with customers who are not met up with Advance/Premier Bank RMs although these customers are mapped to the BankRMsSwiftly change the strategy based on the performance from week to weekShould be demanding and influencing to reach the expected objectivesWill be working closely with LI sales team mapped to BankWill have dotted line reporting with the Regional Sales ManagerExperienceMinimum 10 yrs Sales experience.Salary - 10 LPA - 13 LPA
