Understanding and evaluating the training , conducting training sessions based on the need derived, to the territory managers,Operation Managers,Operation staff across the banca Assurancevertical. Post change in location the role was to lead the team with various processes and sub processes and conducting training sessions based on requirements.Induction of the new joiners for the various systems and processes of the banca and imparting knowledge on financial systems followed by auditing the implementation through call audits.Script and Content development for the individual processes.Designing and driving contest for the processes which can motivate them in their daily activitiesTo plan training calendar and ensure training coverage as per planned calendar & training needs & agreed flavor of the month.To ensure that right selling behavior, sales ethics and right sales practices are embedded through the training imparted in line with company standards and regulations.To closely work with the sales team of both LI & Partner to formulate training strategy as per need.To ensure delivery of skill, behavioral & sales oriented training.
