Integral Project Manager

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to lead a project developing and releasing new iconic products and have a vital impact Philips DXR business success. You will ensure to deliver quality products / solutions on time, in quality and within the financial business targets.You will be part of DXR Business Program Office (BPO) and report directly to DXR Global Programs Director.You are responsible to:Lead cross functional project team. This team includes all functions delivering to project (e.g. Engineering, marketing, Q&R, operations, customer support, Technical publications, Procurement etc. as applicable).Manage complete PDLM activities ensuring smooth transitions across the PDLM lifecycle.Drive compliance to your project schedule across all functions and secure agreed project milestones.Collaborate with teams on cross functional delivery plans and any changes withinFacilitate interaction, manage inter-dependencies & conflict resolution among all functional teams, regardless of geographic region.Communicate project status to DXR Programs Director as required through periodic reports and formal program reviews.Identify risks / issues / scope creeps impacting project schedule, quality or cost and mitigate / take corrective action. Highlight these transparently to the BU management team.Responsible for vendor management & interfacing with other programs (delivering or client programs)Encourages partnering: Develops cooperative relationships to achieve Project results through a win win relationship. Have a mission of trending Improvements over time.Facilitates / Implements/ Contributes Organization wide Project Management Improvement InitiativesSupport team building: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among Cross Functional project Core teams.You are accountable to :Deliver your project or program on quality, on time, on cost and other project deliverables as per agreed plan.Manage all PDLM activities and milestones (from Concept , Project Initiation to Project Closure)Overall project execution and product delivery meeting Business KPIs.Build a successful, pro-active project team through effective people management and team coaching in order to create a motivated team, committed to the project assignment.Set up and maintain strong relationships with internal and external suppliers.Ensure and maintain the required quality through adequate configuration management for product, documentation and process changes.Report project status to the cross-functional Project Core Team in order to identify conflicts and to enable effective decision-making.To succeed in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:Experience:Master Degree in an Engineering discipline.10+ years of experience within project management domainProven track record of successfully leading cross-functional product development projects (>10 M budget) for end customers with full accountability5+ years of experience in successfully managing conflicting functional targets, scope requirements and resource constraintsExperience of managing multisite project is a plus.Applied expertise of product realization strategies as well as project and/or program management tools & skillsExperience in Quality Management Systems for Healthcare or similar companies is a plus.Good understanding the needs of our customers, the parent organization and business.Market awareness incl. understanding of healthcare market and respective business modelsAwareness of various cross-functional roles and their contribution to the project Understands and has extensively used project / product development life cycles.Skills:Strong sense of responsibility and ownershipStrong analytical skills, assertiveness, decisiveness, business-drivenExcellent Team work and influential leadership skillsStrong stakeholder and relationship management skillsExcellent ability to prioritize and drive key success factorsStrong communication and delegation skillsIn return, we offer youA rewarding career in Philips with attractive package. `Extensive set of tools to drive your career, such as a personal development budget, free training and coachingAttractive collective health insurance packageOpportunity to buy Philips shares and products with discount,
