The CSR PMO will lead the efforts that the CSR team drives in India. The individual help embeds volunteerism and charitable giving into the company DNA , enrich the employee experience , and further enhance Amdocs corporate citizenship reputation.Provide strategic insights to the Unit CSR committees and volunteers to help build and implement the Volunteering strategy.Will help ideate with Volunteer leaders on new volunteering initiatives that have a deeper impact and better participation.Coordinate with various support functions , business units , and NGOs to make programs successful.Ensure that the Units manages a calendar of volunteering events around the year , aligned to Global Programs. Manage relationships between partner NGOs , Volunteers and Business leaders.Create platforms for volunteer recognition across units and centrallyCarry out data analysis on volunteering and create dashboards and provide insights to key stakeholdersWork with Internal communication to amplify and share stories of volunteering and help develop pride towards Amdocs.Optimize and manage the CSR budget to achieve maximum impact,
