Objective:To be part of the growing C tenon team based in Pune, India. The right candidate will get the opportunity to manage other consultants.Functions:To analyze and define the international search strategy as well as provide advice regarding the candidate profiles to be recruited.To search, analyze and select international executives, including competency-based interviews and assessments.To present the final candidates, advise in the hiring decisions and take the responsibility to monitor the final hiring process.Through all these activities you are in close contact with your clients (daily, weekly reporting) and you develop an in depth knowledge and understanding about their business context.During these processes you develop and manage the relationship with the international clients, building long lasting relationships.Active collaboration with other corporative areas (Knowledge Management, New Technologies, Marketing, Business Development).RequirementsYou have a University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Enterprise Sciences. An MBA is an asset.About 4 years of total work experience with 2 years of experience in the Recruitment sector is desired. The person should be able to manage multi-channel recruitment strategies, as well as Direct Search.Professional experience in the service industry or in different environment/ sector and international experience highly valued.Excellent level of English is mandatory. Foreign languages would be an added advantage.Advanced user of MS office and comfortable with the internet and new communication technologies (e.g. webcams etc.).Effective communication and people management skills.We are looking for a dynamic, pro active professional, result delivery focused, a team worker who is highly interested in what new technologies can do for executive search services.,
