FunctionsTo be part of the growing C tenon team based in Pune, India. The right candidate will get the opportunity to manage other consultants.To analyse and define the international search strategy as well as provide advise regarding the candidate profiles to be recruited.To search, analyse and select international executives by competency based interviews and assessments.To present the final candidates; and advise in the hiring decisions and take the responsibility to monitor the final hiring process.Through all these activities you are in close contact with your clients (daily, weekly reporting) and you develop an in depth knowledge and understanding about their business context.During these processes you develop and manage the relationship with the international clients.Active collaboration with other corporative areas (Knowledge Management; New Technologies; Marketing; Business Development.)RequirementsAbout 4 years of total work experience with 2 years of experience in the Recruitment sector. Able to manage multi- channel recruitment strategies. Experience in Direct Search is required.University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar; MBA would be an advantage.Professional experience in the service industry or in different environment/ sector and international expericence highly valued.Excellent level of English. Foreign languages would be an added advantage.Advanced user of MS office and comfortable with the internet and new communication technologies e.g. webcams etc.Effective communication and people management skills.,
