We are looking for eager recruitment professionals to join our team as International Operations Consultants. The Operations Consultants are at the forefront of our companyrsquos growth, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing the end to end candidate sourcing, interview processes for various clients from different Industry verticals across the globe.
  • Closing the offer between the client and the candidate
  • Guiding and mentoring a team of researchers.

      • The candidate should have a proven track record of client management, delivering high quality research within a professional services, or corporate environment.
      • He/ she should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of research methodologies and tools.
      • He/ she should have at least 4 yearsrsquo experience in the recruitment function after graduation from University.
      • He/ she will be expected to be able to learn about, and produce work on, various industry sectors where necessary.
      • He/ she should be responsive, proactive, systematic and efficient, have strong collaboration skills, judgement and most of all should be driven to succeed.
      • He/ she should have the ability to deliver quality work under tight timelines and must demonstrate willingness to learn and to contribute to the overall knowledge base of the Firm.
      • Bachelorrsquos Degree / MBA / Post graduate from a reputed institute
      • Excellent communication skills
