Job Description

    Must have skills:
    • 1-2 years Working experience in IP networking (CCNA Level or equivalent)
    • Basic knowledge in MPLS, VRF and RT/RD concepts & in IP Domain
    • Should have knowledge on IP troubleshooting, routing, and switching.
    • Strong English proficiency (written and verbal), with highest level of Accent Neutralization.
    Nice to have skills:
    • Managing Network for mobility services such as STP, IN, RECC, LBS, HLR
    • Responsible for managing Captives Own MPBN network consisting Router, switches &Firewall.
    • Coordinating with Vendors to resolve hardware related issue in MPBN network.
    Job Responsibilities:Alarm monitoring for Ericsson router and switchesCandidate will perform IP troubleshooting on the network infrastructureDaily alarm and fault report preparationCo-ordination and follow up with Client core team, partner teams.Co-ordination & support to Field team.Clear and concise notations at all stages of process work.Other:Good Communication skills is mustReady to work in 24*7 atmosphere / night shifts.A good team player , Customer friendly
